My team and I spent a while deciding on the shape and layout of the brochure eventually we decided to make the Spain one a square and the Brighton one a triangle:
It has basic information on the development and some renders to go with it. Unfortunately we didn’t get any floor plans or only one mockup of the interior otherwise we would have included them. The orientation is strange because of the way it will fold so here is an easier version to look at:
